We package all items carefully and with lots of packing material, so your item arrives quickly and safely! We ship Monday through Friday so items purchased Friday afternoon and later will be shipped out on Monday. NOTE - we do not ship internationally or to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Impact damage (dropping the item) along with water damage will void this warranty, as will taking the item to a repair shop, or changing any internal components.
